2.1 Business & Operational Data
- Procurement Data: RFQ contents, line items, supplier details, and historical pricing data.
- Inventory & Catalog Data: Product descriptions, SKUs, and stock levels uploaded for AI analysis.
- Transaction Records: Generated quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.
2.2 Integration Credentials
To facilitate synchronization with third-party platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho), we process:

Note: We never store your accounting platform passwords. All connections use secure OAuth authorization.

- LLM Providers: Tier-1 AI model providers (via enterprise agreements with zero-retention policies where applicable) for text processing.
- Integration Partners: When you explicitly connect your account to Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho, data is transferred securely to those platforms per your instructions.
